  • Hi, my name is Sail, and I’m a Junior currently studying at the United World College of South East Asia (Dover). I’ve been actively participating in MUN for over eight years, allowing me to attend around 20 conferences as both a chair and a delegate.

Over the years, I’ve explored several distinct issues in various committees, but I would say that my favourite committees are HJCC and SC. SC was the first committee that equipped me with experience in clause-by-clause procedural debate while simultaneously allowing me to research a multitude of issues, the most impactful of which I found was addressing the concerns that arose during the Tigray Crisis. I’m aware that this committee will put a novel spin on what most of us are familiar with in terms of procedure and content, but I’m excited to see the events unfold as we attempt to predict the future of mankind.

I look forward to serving as the Deputy Chair of the Future Security Council Committee and meeting you all soon so we can pass a meaningful resolution in November!

  • My name is Kieran Fisher, I’m in year 13 from Tanglin Trust School, I’ve attended over 10 conferences since starting MUN in the latter half of year 9, and since then MUN has made a great part of my school life. The future of the world is largely unknown, and the way the world has changed in the last 10 or so years has probably sparked a sense of either curiosity or worry (or both) amongst people around the future of the world's geopolitical landscape. We are lucky enough to talk about issues decades into the future, in a world nearly unrecognisable compared to today, I can’t wait to see what you all bring to the discussion!

  • Hello, my name is Aryan Srivastava and I am the deputy chair of the Future Security Council. I have been involved in MUN for 4 years and have attended over a dozen conferences, ranging from committees relating to current affairs, all the way to historical crises and much more. This particular committee fascinates me, especially with the increasing ambitions all around the world towards the exploration of outer space. I believe this committee will be able to have fruitful and productive debate. Looking forward to meeting you at the conference!
