My name is Isabelle Wang and I am a grade 11 student studying at Tanglin Trust School. Over the past three years in MUN, I have had the great opportunity to be engaged with a wide range of global issues, from humanitarian crisis to matters of ever-changing global security. These experiences have not only allowed me to develop my critical and diplomatic skills, but also deepened my appreciation for international relations, which I am truly passionate about.

Though participating in numerous conferences as a delegate over the three years, this conference marks my first experience as chair, a precious learning opportunity that I approach with enthusiasm and commitment. I hope to create an environment where delegates feel encouraged and respected, an environment where well-structured and constructive debates are facilitated.

I look forward to hearing and learning from you, working together to create a fruitful, engaging, and inclusive conference for all participants.

Hello, my name is Nick Sen, and I’m a 17-year-old currently studying at Mont’Kiara International School. As a delegate, I have relished the opportunity to attend conferences, engage in discussions with new people, and address contemporary real-world issues. With over eight years of chairing experience at conferences, I have grown both as a leader and a communicator. Each committee I have chaired has presented a unique challenge, teaching me impartiality, organization, and fostering a respectful, productive, and enjoyable environment. As this is my first time chairing a NATO committee, I am pleased to learn as much as I can about how the organization operates, particularly given its involvement in contemporary issues over the past few years. I look forward to guiding delegates through complex topics related to international security, cooperation, and diplomacy, while learning more about the structure, policies, and mission of NATO.

Hello, my name is Thomas Vallance . I am 15 years old and currently attending the International French School. I've been doing MUN since grade 6 and have participated in about 17 conferences over the years. I adore debate and discussion for nations' wants and needs. The opportunity to represent a state to ensure your people and government benefit from resolutions.  This is my first time chairing yet this is the next step in my MUN journey.  I look forward to meeting you this November, and helping the resolutions and debate thrive.
