Hi, my name is Phoenix, and I'm a 17-year-old studying at Chatsworth International School. My MUN journey has brought me through 10 conferences where I participated as delegates and chairs, while discussing a wide variety of global issues. In the past, I have enjoyed partaking in debate within regional committees such as the Arab League and the Pan-African Parliament, because of the degree of specificity and unique circumstances of each region. Although it is my first time participating in the Pacific Island Forum, I am looking forward to chairing the committee and hearing your great solutions to the pressing regional issues of the Pacific.

Hello, my name is Kimi Stone and I attend Tanglin Trust School. Over the course of five years, I have had the opportunity to participate in many conferences, allowing me to gain a widespread understanding of Model United Nations, particularly in the content that provides fruitful debate. TMUN 25’ will be my second time chairing, and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to Head Chair for the Pacific Islands Forum. Undoubtedly, the topic of climate change within the Pacific is one that interests me and I know that this issue will provide exciting debate and a meaningful resolution.

Hi! My name is Sid, and I am a grade 11 student at NLCS. I have attended various MUN conferences at many schools since grade 7 and I am very excited to have the opportunity to be Deputy chair for the PIF committee. This will be my second time chairing in MUN and I also evidently think that the topics we have at hand today to debate in the PIF committee are so necessary especially in the world we live in today, consisting of economic shocks and disparities as well as climate change. I look forward to seeing, hearing all the valuable insights and opinions delegates have to share about our topics at hand in this committee. See you in November!
